Yukon-Koyukuk School District is now creating a candidate pool, and interviewing candidates for the 2024-2025 school year. Human Resources handles all types of employment inquiries, schedules interviews for candidates, coordinates job fair and other recruiting efforts, helps with teacher certification paperwork, and manages all district employee relations.
The Yukon-Koyukuk School District is always looking for highly qualified applicants for current and future openings. The District has over 60 certified teachers, 9 school principals, several district office administrators and specialists, as well as over 100 classified support team members.
Each year there is a certain amount of teacher turnover in the district, but administrative openings are less common.
