Employee Portal Instructions

If you have an active Portal account and know all your login information:

  1. Go to YKSD website

  2. Select: Staff

  3. Select: Employee Portal

  4. On the left side of screen – select: Employee Portal Login

  5. Enter your login information.

If you have not set-up your Portal account:

  1. Go to YKSD website

  2. Select: Staff

  3. Select: Employee Portal

  4. On left of screen – select: Employee Portal Login

  5. Select: Create an account

  6. Follow the prompts.

To create an account you will need the following information: name, employee number, last 4 digits of your Social Security number, zip code, and birth date. Please Email YKSD if you have any questions.

If you have an account, but cannot remember your Portal Login information:

Forgot your user name OR email address:

  1. Email Email YKSD and request the information.  

Forgot your password:

  1. Go to YKSD website

  2. Select: Staff Links

  3. Select: Employee Portal

  4. On left of screen – select: Employee Portal Login

  5. Select: Forgot your password?

  6. Select: Reset Password

  7. A link will be emailed to your email address you used when you registered for Portal. Open the email, click the link to reset your password.
