Enroll Your Student for the 2024-2025 School Year
We are excited to announce online enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year in our brand new student information system!
This process is REQUIRED for EVERY student. This enables the district to maintain current medical and emergency information as well as give students access to field trips and technology.

Check your email!
Legal guardians with an email on file have received instructions for how to set up their new ParentVUE account to complete registration.
If you did not receive an email, contact your local school office and they can help you set up a ParentVUE account.
If you need to update or add an email address so you don't have to start from scratch, your local school office can help get this corrected too.
Click Activate Account if you have an activation code.
If you've set up an account but can't remember your password to log in, click "Forgot Password?" beneath the sign-in button.
Contact your local school if you have trouble signing in. They can help reset your username, password, or send you an activation email.
A detailed guide for completing registration once you're logged in can be found here: Online Registration for Parents with a ParentVUE Account

Frequently Asked Questions
I can’t remember my login for ParentVUE.
Your local school can provide your username or change it for you. There is a link on the login page for retrieving your password. If you no longer have access to the email account that you registered your enrollment account with, please contact your school for assistance. You must have a valid email address to complete registration.
Do I have to enter a snapcode?
No more snapcodes! If you got an activation email, the setup link will take you directly where you need to go. If you do get prompted for an activation code, you will have to enter the activation code only during the initial setup of your account. Your local school office can help work around that, too.
My student wasn't at YKSD last year. How do I re-enroll them?
Any students associated with your ParentVUE account should be available for re-enrollment. Please contact your school if you believe you are missing any associated students. We can link existing students to your account so you don't need to start from scratch.
Do I have to answer all the questions?
You must answer all questions marked with the red asterisk. You will not be able to move to the next page of registration without completing those required fields.
What if I make a mistake?
If you would like to make a change prior to submitting the form, you can navigate back to the page using the “< Prev” and “Save and Continue >” buttons or the section titles in the left-hand navigation bar. If you have already submitted the form, then you will need to contact your student’s school, so they can make the changes for you or reopen the registration application so you can make the changes yourself.
I’ve completed the form, now what?
Once you have finished entering your information, click “Submit.” This will send all of the information you’ve entered to the school, and you will get a confirmation email that your registration has been submitted. You will get one last email after your registration has been accepted and processed.
What if I have more than one student in the district? Do I need to do this for each child?
Yes, you’ll need to provide information that is specific to each child.
I’m not sure how to answer a question. I don’t know what the question is asking.
You can contact your school for information regarding any of the required fields.
Who do we call with questions about registration?
Your school's office admin will be able to assist you with registration questions, or can help you get in contact with elevated support if needed. For technical support, call your local school office and they can assist you with registration or escalate your issue to the right department.
