Mandatory Civil Rights Training (Provided by the State of Alaska Child Nutrition Department)

To access the course you must register an account at the EED eLearning Website.

Directions for new staff and first time users:
Step 1. Register at EED eLearning Website by clicking here.
Step 2. After logging in, visit your dashboard by clicking here.
Step 3. Navigate to the 'Catalog' page or click here.
Step 4. Select the 'Child Nutrition Programs' catalog.
Step 5. Scroll down and select the course titled, 'USDA Civil Rights Requirements And Child Nutrition Programs'

Step 6. Click 'Enroll' to add the course to your list of active courses.
Step 7. Return to your dashboard and click the play icon to launch the course.
Step 8. After you complete the course, return to the dashboard and download the certificate of completion.
Step 9. Email the completed certificate to Dylan Bourne.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: How to File a Program Discrimination Complaint, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
