The SWAT team will meet on an as needed basis throughout the year, documenting all interventions and team discussions.  The team can consist of but not limited to: regular education teachers, principals, sped teachers, counselors, and paraprofessionals. It is important that you maintain detailed records regarding specific student concerns, the resulting SWAT plan and results of progress monitoring.
